Hello! I’m Jodi Brown, a personal trainer, run coach and psychological therapist. I’ve created Side by Stride to help people who want to work on both the physical and psychological aspects of improving their running performance and enjoyment. It’s built on a whole heap of evidence, knowledge, experience, and insight from my 20+ years in the health and wellbeing industry.

I work with people who want to feel stronger in their bodies and minds. Coaching isn’t reserved for elites or people seeking PBs and podium places. Coaching is about working with you to unlock your potential and overcome barriers to enable you to do the things you love. There’s no heroics here. Just clear plans, accountability, the right amount of support, challenge, and steady progress.

Side by Stride is about partnership and trust—as you discover your strength, a renewed sense of wellbeing, purpose and possibility.
